Documents Required

  1. Passport Copy: Visitor’s passport copy is required. The copy should be clear and in color. The following details should be clearly
      mentioned:

  • Full name (Given Name, Surname , Father’s Name)
  • Nationality
  • Date of birth
  • Place of birth
  • Passport number
  • Date of issue
  • Date of expiry (minimum 6-months validity)
  • Father’s name / Legal guardian’s name
  • Mother’s name
  • Passport must be valid for a minimum of six months from the date of application
  • Any other document/details as required/asked by the U.A.E Immigration office

  2. Age Limit for FEMALES:
  • 21– 63 year old females can travel alone
  • 12 – 17 year old females should travel with Parents or Husband
  • 0 – 11 year old girls can only travel with mother/father

  3. Age Limit for MALES:
  • 19 – 68 year old male can travel alone
  • 0 – 18 year old male should be accompanied by parent

  4. Photograph:
  • One clear passport size color photograph with white background
  • The photograph should have a clear visibility of the face of the applicant

Note: Additional documents may be required by the UAE Immigration Authorities which will be communicated to you, through the email ID
             provided by you.

Terms & Conditions

  • White Horse Tourism L.L.C do hereby declare that we have no role whatsoever in the assessment of a visa application, which is the sole prerogative of the Government of UAE/Immigration Department. Therefore, White Horse Tourism L.L.C will not be liable or responsible in any manner for any delay in the processing or rejection of any visa applications
  • This service is open for guests of White Horse Tourism L.L.C visiting UAE and fulfilling the eligibility conditions announced from time to time by the UAE Authorities
  • Issuance and approval of a visa is solely regulated by Government of UAE and governed by their rules and regulations that may be amended from time to time. White Horse Tourism L.L.C will sponsor the guest application subject to guest fulfilling the eligibility conditions
  • Visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever
  • Applications with incomplete documents or not meeting mandatory requirements or eligibility criteria (age, nationality etc.) will be refunded after deducting administration fee of AED 70 or equivalent in USD per application
  • Guests sponsored for a visa by White Horse Tourism L.L.C should be holding a valid ticket travelling into UAE and onwards from UAE. White Horse Tourism L.L.C will not be responsible for and will not be liable for Guests not been able to travel due to denied boarding offloading, cancellation of flight, delays or and any other cause or circumstances beyond White Horse Tourism L.L.C control. White Horse Tourism L.L.C shall be liable in the case of any change in the date of travel not being communicated to us
  • The Guest will be required to accurately provide and submit the documents/information/details with the applicable visa fees, valid passport and necessary documentation as specified in the UAE Visa Application Form. Guests must hold valid travel documents and comply with the requirements of the Government of UAE/ Immigration Authorities
  • The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of the Immigration Authorities and it is final. In case of rejection of visa application, the applicant will be informed, no correspondence will be entertained, no visa fees will be refunded and no reasons will be required to be given. It is understood that whenever the processing of the visa application is prevented, delayed, restricted or interfered with for any reasons whatsoever by UAE Immigration Authorities to process Guest visa application, then White Horse Tourism L.L.C shall not be liable to any Guest for any loss or damage which may be suffered as result of such causes and White Horse Tourism L.L.C shall be discharged of all its obligations hereunder
  • Issuance of a visa or approval on the visa application does not in any way guarantee the Guest the right to enter UAE. The entry is at the sole discretion of the Immigration officer at the Airport. In case of denial of visa or entry into UAE by the Government, White Horse Tourism L.L.C shall in no way be liable to Guest in any manner whatsoever
  • White Horse Tourism L.L.C shall not be liable for any losses or damages, which the Guest may suffer arising from delay in processing or receiving the visa
  • The visa is valid as per the Government of UAE/Issuing authoritys rules and regulations as amended from time to time. The visa must be availed within its period of validity
  • White Horse Tourism L.L.C will not be liable to a guest for any changes or cancellations to government regulations that should result in a Guest not being able to travel to or enter the UAE
  • Guests will be solely responsible to ensure they fulfil UAE Government requirements for travel which may include Police clearances, medical insurance etc
  • White Horse Tourism L.L.C shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that information provided by the Guest in its application form shall remain confidential. However White Horse Tourism L.L.C shall not be liable for any unauthorized access by any means to that information
  • White Horse Tourism L.L.C reserves the right to add, alter or vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability and all Guests availing themselves of this facility shall be bound by the same
  • Guest expressly declares that they have read and understand these terms & conditions and that they are in compliance thereof
  • The processed visa will be sent to you by email with JPEG or PDF format in attached files
  • After receiving your visa, you must print your visa for boarding the airplane
  • Please ensure correctness of your email ID
  • Guest are advised to carefully go through the “Note” printed on your visa for “validity of permit” and “duration of stay”
  • Guest are requested to check the correctness of your visa and in case of any discrepancy bring to our notice immediately
  • 14 days visas are valid only for a period of 14 days from the date of issue so please check the validity of your visa. You need to enter UAE before your visa expires
  • Only machine readable Passports will be accepted. Hand written Passport will not be accepted
  • White Horse Tourism L.L.C hereby declare that, the applicant data collected by us will be used for intended purpose only and it will not be shared with any unauthorized person
  • The bearer of the Visit Visa is not allowed to work in the UAE
  • There is no refund of visa fee in case of inability to use the visa for any reason
  • In case the guest exceeds the permissible stay limit(14-days, 30-days, 90-days), the absconding charges of AED 5200/- will be applicable as per the rule of Dubai Immigration

Declaration

I / We request White Horse Tourism L.L.C or through it's representative agent to sponsor the UAE visa as per the request submitted. I hereby take full responsibility of my/our stay in the UAE. In the event that me/us do not leave the UAE within the permitted period, I authorize White Horse Tourism L.L.C or it's representative agent and accept to take legal action to rectify the situation. I/we also take full responsibility to pay all fines imposed by the Immigration Authority and White Horse Tourism L.L.C or it's representative agent authorities for any violation whatsoever.
